Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant in Spokane, WA. You will support clinicians, coordinate patient care, and provide exceptional customer service within MA-C scope.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington MA-C license or be eligible with Indigo’s requirement window.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain through in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic tasks requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and support patient autonomy, dignity and health.
• Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
