Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant with Occupational Medicine in the Spokane, WA area. This is a FLOAT per diem role serving Inland Northwest: Spokane Valley, Spokane North and Airway Heights.

You will work closely with physicians and clinic staff to coordinate patient care and support front office operations. Qualified candidates hold WA MA-C certification (MA-C) with interim acceptable; BLS; minimum one year in a medical setting; strong

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
• Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
