Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for our North Region clinics. This role focuses on coordinating patient care within MA-C scope and delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality care, while supporting clinic management and seamless patient flow across Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, and surrounding locations.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification required.
• Interim MA certification acceptable for up to one year or until MA-C is issued.
• Current BLS Certification or may be obtained through an in-house training program.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• WA MA-C license within 45 days of hire; WA MA-R certification within 7 days of hire with endorsement within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinical functions within the clinic setting requiring knowledge of standards and data integration.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
