Job summary

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant role at Indigo Urgent Care provides an opportunity to expand patient care within the MA-C license scope. This FLOAT position serves North Region clinics including Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Lake Stevens, and Marysville, with a 0.9 FTE schedule (3 x 12-hour shifts).

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification is required.
• WA MA-R certification may be accepted temporarily for up to 7 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks and coordinate patient care within MA-C scope.
• Support patient experience with excellent customer service and clinic operations.
