Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, part of the MultiCare family, seeks a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for our North Region clinics. You will perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C scope, delivering exceptional patient service.

This float position serves Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Lake Stevens and Marysville with a 0.9 FTE and day shifts (8am–8pm).

Qualifications

• Washington MA-C Certification required; Interim MA-C acceptable for up to 1 year from issue date or until MA-C issued.
• WA MA-R certification with Indigo endorsement within 30 days of hire is required or interim status acceptable for 7 days.
• Current BLS Certification or in-house training program may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office, and management to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform functions within clinic requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards and data.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and respect for diverse patient backgrounds.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
