Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, part of the North Region clinics, seeks a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to join a high-collaboration team. You will coordinate patient care, perform MA-C tasks, and support clinicians across Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, and nearby clinics.

Qualifications

• Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) required or in transition with Indigo coverage.
• Interim MA certification acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C issued.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform clinic tasks within MA-C scope and coordinate patient flow.
• Support ethical, holistic care and create a safe environment for diverse patients.
