The position requires current licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), case management experience, and strong communication and motivational interviewing skills, with the ability to travel for field work and work evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• Current/Active Clinical Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Case Management experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Excellent telephonic communication and motivational interviewing skills.
• Documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel up to 125 miles round trip for 1 day.
