CVS Health Corporation is seeking a clinically oriented professional to apply advanced judgement in coordinating member health and behavioral care. The role involves directing provider collaboration, coordinating psychosocial wraparound services, and guiding resource use for optimal, cost-efficient outcomes.

The position requires active licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), case management experience, strong communication and motivational interviewing skills, and readiness to work in a fast-paced CVS

Qualifications

Current/Active Clinical Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
Case Management experience.
Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
Excellent Communication/Telephonic skills.
Excellent motivational interviewing skills with telephonic rapport.
Excellence in documentation and compliance/regulatory standards.
Highly organized and self-driven with no direct supervision.
Able to travel within 125 miles round trip for 1 day.
Flexible schedule to work two days weekly until 9pm local time.
