Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I to join a multidisciplinary team supporting instrument and middleware integration from order to go-live in laboratory environments.

You will implement systems, train customers, troubleshoot issues, and support sales objectives while traveling extensively. The ideal candidate has hematology experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with medical technologist background and hematology experience.
• Active ASCP or CLS certification required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware, and reagents at customer sites; plan implementation and train customers.
• Perform troubleshooting to improve instrument and reagent performance and customer self-sufficiency.
• Develop and deliver on-site training programs for customers and Technical Services.
• Manage territory and documenting activity; communicate critical gaps and issues to the team.
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support, including demonstrations and trade shows.
