Job summary

UCI Health seeks a technical leader in clinical applications to drive medium to large projects within EpicCare inpatient systems. The role requires expertise in inpatient workflows, EMR optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and IT teams.

The ideal candidate has EpicCare Inpatient Certification and 3–5 years of Epic experience, plus a Bachelor's in Healthcare or related field. Flexibility for hours and on-call rotations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience.
• Experience using/implementing/supporting an EMR in hospital or ambulatory setting.
• Current EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation certification.
• 3–5 years of experience implementing EpicCare Inpatient or other Epic applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large clinical applications projects with broad scope and complexity.
• Work with clinical and IT teams to optimize inpatient workflows.
• Provide guidance as a project leader and mentor to team members.
