Job summary

University of California - Irvine Health is seeking a functional and technical leader to develop, upgrade, and support clinical information systems, including EpicCare Inpatient.

The incumbent acts as both a functional and technical leader, independently maintains large modules of an enterprise clinical information system, facilitates decisions affecting applications and patient care, and designs data links between systems, collaborating with clinicians, IT staff, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience implementing or supporting EpicCare Inpatient or other Epic applications.
• Experience with inpatient workflows and Epic configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to participate in 24-hour on-call rotations.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams.
