The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in clinical informatics and healthcare technology, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in clinical areas and IT, including EHR implementation.
• 3+ years of management experience preferred.
• Experience leading application teams and healthcare IT initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic application teams through implementation and optimization.
• Supervise Epic application analysts and manage workloads.
• Coordinate with project and operational leaders for integrated delivery.
