Job summary

Aren is hiring a Member of Clinical Staff to shape AI-powered nursing workflows in safety-critical settings. You will bring clinical expertise to design, validate, and improve tools used by nurses, physicians, and hospital staff.

You will partner with engineers and executives to ensure clinical accuracy, patient safety, and real-world usability across hospital environments. This is a frontline clinical/product role with opportunities to influence strategy and customer implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inpatient clinical practice.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare data.
• Ability to travel periodically to customer sites and company offsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical change management and adoption efforts within nursing workflows.
• Translate clinical expertise into product requirements and capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop, test, and improve AI models, prompts, and workflows.
• Contribute to product strategy, customer implementations, and broader business initiatives.
• Engage with hospital executives, unit managers, and frontline clinicians to validate workflows and iterate.
