Job summary

Ease Health in New York is seeking a clinical product partner to align software with frontline workflows across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. You will translate clinical needs into product requirements and guide end-to-end implementations with engineering and operations teams.

You will train staff, explore AI-based automation for nursing workflows, and demonstrate value through customer-facing deployments and adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active medical or nursing license: RN, LPN, NP, or PA.
• Deep familiarity with MAR systems and medication workflows.
• Direct experience across inpatient, residential, and outpatient clinical settings.
• Comfort collaborating across product, engineering, and operations.
• Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset in ambiguous environments.
• Interest in building technology that scales care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex clinical and operational support issues.
• Turn inpatient and outpatient clinical workflows into product requirements alongside engineering and product.
• Lead implementations across the full continuum of care: inpatient psychiatry, residential SUD, IOP, PHP, and outpatient.
• Train clinical staff and operators to use the platform inside their daily workflows.
• Find opportunities to automate nursing workflows, medical intake, care coordination, and documentation with AI.
• Run clinical demonstrations and support customer implementations.
• Work with customer leadership to drive adoption, outcomes, and retention.
