Job summary

Aren is hiring a Member of Clinical Staff to shape AI-powered nursing workflows in safety-critical settings. You will bring clinical expertise to design, validate, and improve tools used by nurses, physicians, and hospital staff.

You will partner with engineers and executives to ensure clinical accuracy, patient safety, and real-world usability across hospital environments. This is a frontline clinical/product role with opportunities to influence strategy and customer implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inpatient clinical practice.

• Ability to travel periodically to customer sites and company offsites.

We're hiring a Member of Clinical Staff (MCS) to help build the products that nurses rely on throughout every shift. You'll bring clinical expertise to the design, development, and evaluation of AI-powered tools that operate in safety-critical settings, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and aligned with the realities of bedside nursing. Every capability you help shape will directly impact how nurses communicate, document care, and coordinate with their teams. You'll also work directly with hospital executives, nurse leaders, and frontline clinicians to understand their workflows, validate new capabilities, and rapidly turn real-world feedback into product improvements.

What You'll Do

• Lead clinical change management and adoption efforts, helping nursing teams integrate new technologies into existing workflows.
• Shape the development of Aren’s AI-powered nursing workflows by translating clinical expertise into product requirements and capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to develop, test, and improve AI models, prompts, and clinical workflows.
• Contribute to product strategy, customer implementations, and broader business initiatives.
• Partner directly with hospital execs, unit managers, and bedside nurses to understand clinical workflows, demo new capabilities, and rapidly iterate on the product.
