Job summary

Aren is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to build production software for nursing workflows across mobile and web platforms. You will design scalable AI-powered experiences and integrate with EHRs, delivering reliable clinical tools used by nurses and hospital staff.

You will partner with hospital executives and frontline clinicians to iterate on real-world feedback, improve latency and safety, and own the architecture and user experience end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production software.
• Experience shipping web or mobile apps and AI infrastructure.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Willingness to travel periodically to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Build AI infrastructure, products, and user experiences for nursing workflows.
• Design and ship mobile and web applications for clinicians.
• Develop evaluation systems for accuracy, reliability, and usefulness.
• Own product architecture, performance, and UX across the platform.
• Own integrations with EHRs and clinical data sources.
• Improve latency, observability, and safety of the AI platform.
• Collaborate with hospital leaders and frontline clinicians to iterate on the product.
