Anterior is seeking a Clinical Solutions Architect to translate clinical workflows for payer operations into AI-enabled deployments. You will sit between nurses, medical directors, and AI engineers, owning the clinical design from discovery through go-live and first weeks of real users.

You are a clinician with health-plan experience, comfortable in front of customers, and excited about applying AI responsibly to improve clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree and active practice experience in healthcare.
• Experience working within or with a health plan or delegated entity.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into actionable requirements for engineering.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Interest in AI and its responsible use in clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical design of deployments end-to-end, from discovery to go-live.
• Turn clinical reality into a buildable plan with clear requirements for engineering.
• Map workflows that aren’t documented, aligning with nurses, MDs, and staff.
• Delve into details of utilization management, coverage decisions, and guidelines.
• Deliver proofs of concept quickly and demonstrate clinical value early.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinical leaders and customer teams.
