Qualifications
- 10 years of experience delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products.
- 8+ years of product management experience including ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience building or managing platform products, integrated product experiences, or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Strong API/integration and modern application architectures knowledge.
- Healthcare technology, clinical workflows, learning platforms, or education technology experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP Product and other product leaders on strategic vision, informed by customer research and market insights.
- Create and execute a roadmap for a cohesive experience across multiple nursing products.
- Define platform capabilities to improve navigation, personalization, administration, and usability.
- Prototype and validate cross-product concepts using customer feedback and AI-assisted tools.
- Lead AI-first, spec-driven product development translating customer needs into clear specifications.
