Elsevier is seeking a Senior Product Manager, ClinicalKey Nursing, to lead vision, strategy and delivery of platform capabilities across the nursing ecosystem. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, clinical teams and AI-enabled tools to design cohesive experiences and improve workflows for nurses.
You will translate customer workflows into actionable specs, drive cross-product roadmaps, and measure success with clear metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Experience building platform products, integrated experiences, or ecosystems.
- Ability to translate customer workflows into product strategy and specs.
- Strong technical acumen with APIs, integrations, authentication, and modern architectures.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and align multiple product orgs.
Responsabilités
- Lead vision, strategy, and delivery of key capabilities across the nursing ecosystem.
- Define platform capabilities to improve navigation, personalization, and usability.
- Prototype and validate cross-product concepts using customer feedback and AI-assisted tools.
- Translate customer needs into clear product specifications guiding design, engineering, and testing.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and content teams to ensure regulatory compliance and market delivery.
