Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Clinic Support Associate for immediate, long-term employment. The role covers front desk duties and aiding clinicians to ensure a smooth, welcoming patient experience.

Hours include Mon/Wed 8am-8pm, Tue/Thu 10am-2pm, Fri 10am-6pm. Responsibilities span greeting patients, scheduling, data entry in the EMR, and assisting with therapy sessions while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year medical office experience preferred, familiarity with EMR systems a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsabilités

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors with a warm attitude in person or on the phone and checks in patients.
• Delivers high-level customer service by ensuring patient satisfaction and optimizing provider time.
• Manages scheduling to maximize provider availability and treatment room usage.
• Maintains on-time patient flow by notifying clinicians of arrivals and delays.
• Performs data entry into the EMR system including patient information and treatment plans.
• Generates reports and reconciliations with high accuracy.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
