Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor, directing inquiries and checking in patients.
• Manage appointment scheduling to optimize provider time and treatment room usage.
• Coordinate scheduling with growth in mind, maximize provider availability and room usage.
• Notify clinicians of patient arrivals and monitor service delivery for delays.
• Enter patient data into EMR accurately and maintain documentation.
