Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Clinic Support Associate to join our front desk team and assist clinicians with patient care. You will help manage front desk operations, check in patients, and ensure a welcoming, efficient patient experience.

This hands-on role requires excellent communication, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinic. You will handle scheduling, EMR data entry, patient education, and basic room preparation while supporting therapists

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and welcome them warmly, checking in efficiently.
• Deliver high-level customer service and optimize appointment scheduling.
• Manage scheduling to maximize provider availability and room usage.
• Maintain on-time patient flow and notify clinicians of delays.
• Enter data accurately into the EMR system and manage faxes.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist therapists during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and confidentiality.
