Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Clinic Support Associate to handle front desk duties, assist clinicians, and ensure a welcoming patient experience. You will manage schedule coordination, data entry in EMR, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors with an upbeat attitude and warm, inviting smile, while answering inquiries and checking in patients.
• Delivers high level of customer service by ensuring patient satisfaction and accurate appointment scheduling.
• Manages scheduling operations with a focus on provider availability and room utilization.
• Maintains on-time patient flow by notifying clinicians of arrivals and delays.
