Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Clinic Support Associate for long-term employment. The role includes front desk operations, patient check-in, scheduling, EMR data entry, and assisting clinicians to ensure a welcoming patient experience.

You will support daily clinic operations, manage appointments, coordinate with physicians, and help with basic patient care tasks while upholding HIPAA and high standards of service. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow with a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of medical office experience preferred, EMR familiarity a plus.
• One year of experience in a customer service role is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors, manages check-in.
• Delivers high level of customer service and optimizes provider time.
• Manages scheduling with a focus on growth and room usage.
• Maintains on-time patient flow and notifies clinicians of delays.
• Performs data entry into EMR and generates reports.
• Maintains inventory and handles supplies.
• Performs light cleaning and prepares treatment rooms.
