Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring high quality care and regulatory compliance within the service area. You will partner with leadership, HR, IT, and clinical directors to implement QI initiatives and maintain staffing, budgets, and patient safety across assigned sites.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus experience in healthcare operations, budgeting, and staff management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; or 3–4 years of related experience or training.
• Experience in budgeting, staffing, and operations management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for site operations and delegate tasks.
• Identify growth needs with providers and leadership staff.
• Oversee clinical and/or administrative staff at site(s).
• Collaborate with Management Team to develop policies and procedures.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and prompt provider scheduling changes.
• Manage site budget and resources; communicate dashboards and QI data.
