Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee site operations and staffing across assigned locations. You will coordinate with the Regional Operations team to implement policies, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, high-quality care delivery.

You will work with providers and leadership to support QI initiatives, lead safety trainings, and represent the organization in external partnerships while maintaining strong internal communication and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Experience with Budget development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the single point of contact for site operations and delegates accordingly.
• Oversees clinical and/or administrative staff at assigned site or sites.
• Works with Management Team to develop and implement QI projects, protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures the site is adequately staffed at all times.
• Manages provider scheduling changes and consults with Clinical Director and COO.
• Manages non-provider employees' performance and conducts evaluations.
• Manages site budget and communicates dashboards and QI data.
