Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking an Outpatient Clinic Coordinator (OCC) to manage day-to-day front office operations in a busy outpatient clinic. You will coordinate referrals, verify patient information, and assist in creating therapy estimates and explaining financial liability to patients.

The role requires collaboration with leadership and acts as a liaison among physicians, patients, facility staff, and insurance companies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant experience considered in lieu of degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Two (2) years of healthcare or customer service experience required.
