Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, or healthcare experience.
• HS Diploma, GED, or Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Interview and schedule patients for outpatient services, including preregistration.
• Coordinate patient schedules to maximize satisfaction for patients and physicians.
• Communicate instructions, authorization requirements, and referrals to patients and staff.
• Maintain scheduling accuracy per department standards and collect patient financial responsibility.
• Transfer complex cases to appropriate departments and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
