In this full-time position, you will work with clinic staff to ensure smooth check-in to discharge processes, including cash collections and chart reconciliation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong math/calculation ability for basic forms.
• Proficiency with computer information systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient, staff, and visitor interactions.

• Basic computer skills including navigating software and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm welcome and manage face-to-face check-in/out.
• Handle preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections.
• Reconcile patient charts and assist with discharge procedures.
• Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect to Customer Service Center.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
