• Ability to handle fast-paced environment with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients and update insurance information.
• Answer inquiries from callers and assist with preregistration and eligibility verification.
• Advocate for patients to ensure needs are met; provide welcoming front-desk service.
• Follow established procedures for patient check-in, cash collections, and CRM notes.
