Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and handle front desk responsibilities to manage patient flow.
• Check-in patients and complete steps to ensure admitting process is efficient and compliant.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductibles.
• Scan/copy patient documentation into the electronic medical record.
