Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certified within 3 months of hire.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a professional demeanor.
• Manage front desk duties including patient flow and scheduling.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information and enter into EHR.
• Collect copays and past due balances at time of service.
• Copy/scan patient documents into the EMR as needed.
