Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Peabody, MA is seeking a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support a busy primary care practice. This is an onsite role with 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, to assist with patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, and routine clerical duties.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of healthcare administrative experience, familiarity with Epic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional patient

Qualifications

• Healthcare administrative experience required.
• Ambulatory/outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic EHR system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative duties including scheduling, check-in, and check-out.
• Greet and assist patients and answer phones.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents into medical records.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient visits.
• May handle co-payments and assist with prior authorizations as needed.
• Serve as Super User for scheduling, registration, and billing systems.
• Provide training to others on scheduling and billing systems.
