Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting (Required).
• 2 years of supervisory/team lead experience required (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent & relevant work experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of day-to-day operations of the practice.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and develop action plans with manager to resolve.
• Assist the manager in developing performance standards and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy of registration and time-of-service/ cash-collections processes.
• Assist in evaluating current business and new program initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
