Job summary

Midwest ENT is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day clinic operations across ENT, Allergy & Asthma, and Facial Plastics. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver a world-class patient experience, while driving efficiency and compliance in a growing healthcare setting.

The role offers weekday hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with a focus on leadership development, mentorship, and cross-functional teamwork within a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• 1+ year of experience using electronic medical records software.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinic flow and identify areas for improvement to ensure high-quality care and efficient clinic operations.
• Oversee clinical performance and ensure compliance with regulations, quality assurance, safety, confidentiality, and EMR documentation.
• Solicit physician feedback, address patient and staff concerns, and monitor service effectiveness.
