Job summary

Proliance Surgeons seeks an Executive Director, Clinic Operations to lead our care centers with a focus on growth, governance, and financial viability. You will mentor senior leaders, oversee physician practice management, and drive performance across patient experience, operations, revenue cycle, and information systems.

You will partner with CSO and physician leaders across Bellevue ENT, Puget Sound ENT, and South Seattle Otolaryngology locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in health care administration or related field.
• Five+ years in health care administration with increasing responsibility, ideally in independent medical groups.
• Proven leadership with collaborative style and change management experience.
• Ability to sustain collegiality and teamwork in a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Strategically grow care centers by building infrastructure and relationships.
• Develop short- and long-term plans translating goals into actionable steps.
• Collaborate with physician leadership and CSO to align initiatives with Proliance mission.
• Create annual action plans and budgets with performance metrics.
• Establish full P&L accountability for assigned care centers and improve KPIs.
• Lead Senior Managers to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
• Provide leadership by coordinating departments and directing Leadership Team activities.
• Promote interdisciplinary decision-making across departments.
• Implement organizational policies as directed by executive committees.
• Represent Proliance with outside agencies and partners.
• Develop cost-effective marketing approaches for care centers.
• Foster relationships with hospitals and providers to enhance care.
• Drive continuous process improvement across lines of business.
• Oversee physician recruitment, onboarding and compensation in partnership with CSO.
