Mercy Clinic Springfield is seeking an Advanced Practice Manager to lead ENT, Head & Neck Surgery, and Audiology clinics. This leadership role focuses on operational excellence, provider collaboration, and delivering exceptional patient care.

You will oversee daily clinic operations, caregiver development, and provider support to drive efficiency and growth across three service lines. The Senior Practice Manager will require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and healthcare management

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 5 years in healthcare or supervisor role.
