Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Able to build rapport with patients and providers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Manage front and back office operations and patient flow.
• Oversee scheduling, audits, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching, training, and staff development under the Health Center Manager.
• Assist in interviewing and selecting new personnel and evaluating performance.
