Responsibilities

• Assign daily administrative work and monitor coverage for a小 clinic with 0-3.9 provider FTEs.
• Coordinate front office workflows: scheduling, registration, patient access and communication.
• Monitor provider template activity and handoffs for a smaller provider panel.
• Coach team members on workflows, service expectations, documentation, and escalation.
• Address routine access, staffing and workflow issues within policies.
• Support onboarding, training, attendance tracking and performance feedback.
