Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is hiring a Health Center Supervisor to direct staff and day-to-day operations under the Health Center Manager. The role includes managing both Front Office and Back Office operations, improving patient flow, and addressing scheduling and service issues to uphold quality and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, customer service focus, and excellent communication, with preference for bilingual English/Spanish and at least 1

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Manage front office and back office operations and staff.
• Respond to scheduling errors, patient flow bottlenecks, and patient concerns.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations and promotions.
• Provide coaching, training, and staff development under Health Center Manager.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring for Front/Back Office positions.
• Plan assignments to ensure adequate coverage for quality care.
• Communicate operational issues and process improvements to Health Center Manager.
