Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients using the department's scheduling system.
• Gather and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Explain co-pays and collect payments; maintain 85% collection target.
• Assist with billing preparation and ensure appointments are linked to scheduling systems.
• Provide courteous patient services and office support across departments.
• Maintain accurate records and protect patient privacy.
