Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Practice Administrator to manage clinic operations for a multi-provider center (4–9 provider FTEs). You will oversee scheduling, staffing, patient access, revenue cycle handoffs, compliance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient daily operations.

You will set team goals, monitor performance, coach staff, and coordinate with providers, finance, HR, and centralized support.

• Manage daily clinic operations for a center with 4–8.9 provider FTEs, including staffing and access.

• Monitor metrics related to template utilization, appointment availability, revenue cycle handoffs, patient experience, and quality.
• Coordinate with providers, leaders, revenue cycle, finance, HR, compliance, and centralized support teams to resolve issues.
• Manage direct reports through hiring support, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Implement process changes to improve workflows and reduce delays.
• Support budget monitoring, expense control, supply coordination, and local financial performance.
