Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the clinic budget and ensure profitability.
• Direct operations to maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain and review personnel records and perform regular performance evaluations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and time-off planning for staff.
• Produce dashboards and present data to leadership for decision making.
