Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a Center Manager to lead daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. The role requires hands-on leadership of clinical and administrative staff, budget oversight, and collaboration with medical leadership to optimize patient experience.

You will monitor performance metrics, drive process improvements, and coordinate with clinicians to deliver efficient, compliant care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinic management or healthcare administration leadership.
• Experience supervising or leading clinical and/or administrative staff.
• Strong understanding of outpatient clinic workflows and patient service best practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and support financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring safe, efficient, patient-focused service delivery.
• Coach, develop, and schedule clinical and administrative staff.
• Monitor KPIs like patient flow, wait times, satisfaction, and costs; implement improvements.
• Ensure regulatory and privacy standards are met across the center.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leadership to optimize care delivery.
• Manage center budgets and financial forecasting for the clinic.
• Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, and patient registration.
• Resolve escalated patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and quality programs.
• Support implementation of new systems and workflows to improve efficiency.
