Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of healthcare management experience.
• Experience supervising diverse staff and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures, insurance, and billing.
• Able to work onsite on weekdays, with some Saturdays.
• Fluent English communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front office, clinical operations, and interpretation services teams.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and operations dashboard; ensure EMR is functional.
• Collaborate with billing to optimize collections and maintain compliance.
• Lead training, onboarding, and performance reviews for staff.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and HRSA requirements; promote patient safety and quality care.
• Partner with CMO and COO to implement organizational strategies and growth plans.
