Job summary

Unicare Community Health Center is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the performance, daily operations, and staff at a single location. You will supervise front office, back office, and clinical teams, ensuring efficient scheduling, billing, records, and patient flow while partnering with leadership.

This role requires strong organizational and coaching skills, experience with EHR systems (eCW preferred), HIPAA compliance, and a dedication to high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 4+ years medical office experience including supervisory experience.
• Alternative: High School diploma/equivalent with 12+ years medical office experience including 3+ years supervisory experience.
• 3+ years medical practice management experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of front office, back office and clinical staff.
• Supervise patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and data entry.
• Order supplies and ensure vaccines are stocked per guidelines.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient processes and protect patient confidentiality.
• Manage provider schedules and 100% of required performance appraisals.
• Travel to all Unicare locations as needed.
