Job summary

Central City Community Health Center seeks an experienced operations professional to manage daily clinic activities, supervise staff, and coordinate non-clinical day-to-day operations. The role reports to the Chief Clinical and Nursing Officer and ensures compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.

The candidate will handle audits, billing updates, chart reviews, scheduling, and patient services while maintaining confidentiality and delivering quality care to underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Certified Licensed Medical Assistant with strong nonprofit experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train clinic staff effectively.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel/Word and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide back-up for front and back office staff, PECS, referrals, and CPSP.
• Coordinate clinic coverage to ensure operations run smoothly at all times.
• Supervise and train staff members and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare and coordinate with audits and update billing for CHDP, SOFP, OB, CPSP.
• Prepare OSHPD reports and monitor the clinic budget.
