Qualifications

• Oversee planning, organization and direction of clinic operations.
• Onsite leadership role during operational hours.
• Supervise, develop and mentor clinic supervisory staff.
• Monitor compliance with clinic metrics and regulatory standards.
• Assist in budget preparation and adherence.
• Ensure effective marketing and community presence.
• Improve processes to enhance patient service quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinic operations for a 4–7 physician practice.
• Lead staff, conduct rounds, and address issues to keep clinics running smoothly.
• develop and manage budgets and financial controls.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with senior management and attend committees as requested.
• Maintain office space, supplies, and equipment for clinical staff.
