Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Clinic Operations Leader to direct daily operations, staff and performance improvement across multiple clinic sites. You will ensure compliance with accreditation standards, budgets and quality goals while collaborating with leadership to optimize patient care and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing or related field with 3+ years in healthcare settings, staff management experience, and strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• Experience supervising staff and managing programs or departments.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to lead, mentor and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of clinical staff.
• Develop clinic performance goals with Director – Practice Operations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Supervise evaluations, policy enforcement and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve clinic efficiency.
