• Ensure patient satisfaction goals, clinical goals and quality standards.
• Supervise and coach employees within scope of responsibility.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial goals.
• Lead special projects with Director/Regional Director.
